We had always dreamed of a wedding day to remember. When we found the Luna Rosa website we never envisaged that our dream would come true but it most certainly did. The detail and planning was amazing. Glyn, your eye for detail was fantastic and Emma your knowledge of Italy and experience in weddings was impressive. All of our guests were made to feel welcome and relaxed.

Having a person we could meet up with in London was crucial and we enjoyed meeting Aimee and chatting over our ideas. She was a real star meeting up with us over our lunchtimes and on a couple of evenings too. I was a bit concerned about the arrangements as we only had 4 months to plan the whole wedding. Her ideas and experience in organising large weddings was invaluable and within a short space of time the plans for the event were in place.

The Luna Rosa team worked so hard to make our wedding day perfect. Italy is an alluring country which resonates romance and I would like to do it all again please! Thank you so much. The new Mrs Hipkiss

As the proud parents of our beautiful daughter Lottie, a more stunning venue could not have been chosen. The sun was shining, the evening warm, the food unbelievably good, the tables looked spectacular and the cake was magnificent. As the guests arrived, the tensions began to show with all of us, but the Luna Rosa team were so organised that very soon our worries subsided.

How do you do it? You know so much about Italy – amazing. I have to congratulate you on the hard work you put into making us all feel relaxed and the memory of how wonderful our daughter and our new son-in-law looked will stay with us forever. Dear Emma, Aimee and Glyn,I write to pass on our sincere thanks for a wonderful time in Tuscany. The arrangements made by Luna Rosa were first class, the villa was truly stunning, the flowers breathtaking and the food was delicious. When we first met you in London just over 1 year ago on that cold winters afternoon, we could have hardly believed that all this was possible.

There were so many decisions to make regarding the food, photography, flowers and Aimee was a Godsend making suggestions and everything she suggested was exactly what we wanted. This made it so much easier for us and confident that everything would run smoothly.

Emma thank you so much for liaising with the local mayor making it possible to have the ceremony in the gardens of this Renaissance villa. As soon as I saw the location during our inspection visit I knew it was perfect for both the wedding and the reception. Both John and I had out hearts set on having the whole celebration there so it was fantastic news after you had met the Mayor and he had agreed to do this for us. The ceremony was magical and my friends and family were just astounded by the location and the exclusivity of the setting. I am still on cloud nine and I don’t want to come down yet!!! Thank you so much for a memorable occasion in Italy.

After meeting up with several weddings planners in Italy and in London we knew straight away that we had made the right choice with Lunarosa following our meeting in London. Their professionalism coupled with their experience and knowledge of Italy was most impressive. Aimee presented us with a selection of the latest boutique venues in Italy and quickly booked up a viewing tour for us and 3 days later we were in Italy! We fell in love with the Medici Palace. It had literally only just opened so we were the first to visit the property. The menu tasting sitting under the vine covered Pergola really gave us the real sense of Italy.

I had planned to spend lots of time on the wedding design and décor which I love, but due to our heavy workloads travelling between countries and a series of personal commitments meant that we had to leave all of the planning to Emma and Aimee. We were grateful of the regular updates by email and by telephone advising us on the progress. Glyn came up with some fabulous ideas for the colour scheme and décor and she understood exactly what I had in mind. Fabulous setting, gorgeous location, superb service and a divine desert buffet – thank you for making our celebration truly spectacular.

Aimee is everything you could want from a wedding planner and more. Stylish, supportive, honest and diligent. She is very organised and an excellent event planner managing to seamlessly create events whilst dealing with individual needs such as the guests travel arrangements. With guests arriving from America, South Africa and the UK I was amazed how she dealt with the arrival of all 100 guests into Italy.

I can honestly say everybody bar none said what a fantastic time they had last Saturday. The food was excellent and the setting in the Masseria was superb. Everything was beautiful, it couldn’t be faulted.
