Trulli Imperiali

Trulli imperiali is a newly restored Trullo Hotel near Locorotondo. The owners have restored 12 trulli into suites which sleep 2-4 people. The suites have individual characteristics and no two trulli are alike; each has a terrace with furniture.

The nearest town, Locorotondo is in the heart of the Itria Valley and just a few kms from the enchanting town of Alberobello with hundreds of Trulli, Castellana with its caves, Cisternino with its picturesque alleys, the fashionable Polignano a Mare and the "white town" of Ostuni.

The hotel has two pools, one for children, and the views from the pool across a valley of olive groves and vineyards are outstanding. There is an excellent restaurant offering delicious Apulian specialities at a reasonable cost. Meals are served outside under the terrace during the summer months. The Club House Bar is in the original "Palmento" trullo which was once used for the treading of grapes and for the production of wine.

Accommodation :
The trulli have been restored to a very high standard, offering comfortable holiday accommodation. Each suite has a large living room with the possibility of adding 1 or 2 extra beds, a bathroom with shower, a separate double or twin bedroom and a furnished terrace. Nine suites have a simple kitchen corner with a cooking hob and fridge. Ask about the very special suite in the Sovrano trullo with the round bed and small roof terrace !
