Tucked away in a quiet country lane less than a 5 minute drive from the coast is this majestic Country House Hotel, full of mystery and intrigue. This new exclusive 4* Stylish Hotel oozes sophistication and luxury, with gardens set in olive groves and palm trees surrounding a brand new swimming pool.

Dating back to the 16th century this is one of the most ancient Country Houses in Puglia. It belonged to the important Arragona family from Conversano and in its heyday a whole community lived here; more than 300 inhabitants who were involved in the production of the olive oil. Villa Palm Oasis even has the original chapel with painted fresco ceilings.

We love the combination of contemporary, minimalist furniture and décor set against a backdrop of ancient architecture, vaulted ceilings, iconic white chandeliers, the original olive press and huge open fireplaces. There are plenty of areas for relaxation, the comfortable lounge area, the ultra modern bar created around the original Olive Oil grinding stone also the colourful courtyards next to the pink bougainvillea. Accommodation:
The accommodation consists of Standard Rooms, Deluxe Rooms and Superior Suites all with en-suite bathrooms. These have been created in the original farm-workers’ cottages, in fact many of the rooms even have the original fireplaces. The rooms have a neutral colour scheme throughout and the bathrooms have modern fittings.

Standard Rooms:
Deluxe Room: These are slightly larger than the standard room and have a terrace facing the garden.
Superior Suite: These also have a terrace overlooking the garden and nearly all of the suites have two doors giving access to two different courtyards. Each suite has two rooms, one of which can be used as a sitting room or an additional sleeping area.
