Superb, luxury villa situated just a few km from the chic Etruscan hilltop town of Volterra (Lajatico - birthplace of Andrea Bocelli). Villa Andrea has been expertly restored by its owners to provide absolutely everything for a "spoil yourself" stay in a comfortable and restful location.

Villa Andrea is set within lovely gardens and is approximately 700 metres down a country road. Entrance is via security gates into a large, covered car park. The villa has a super swimming pool, Jacuzzi and shower. The gardens and terrace have a table, chairs, parasol, sun-loungers, BBQ and a wood oven.

Ground Floor - Entrance into the villa is via a covered portico with terrace.
Open plan lounge and dining areas are extremely spacious with very comfortable leather sofas with sat TV, DVD, CD player, security gatephone. In the centre of the lounge there is an open plan, working fireplace. A door leads off the lounge into a downstairs toilet/shower-room with washing machine. Double doors lead from the lounge out on to the back terrace and there is a view of the swimming pool. The kitchen has a 6 burner hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, Espresso coffee-maker, iron/ironing board. A door from the kitchen leads out on to a covered, terrace area with wonderful views.

First Floor - A bathroom with bath and shower over. One double bedroom with a 4-poster bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a safe; one twin bedroom and one triple bedroom with a safe. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and the villa has central heating. There are satellite TV's in the bedrooms.
