Villa Lavanda

Villa Lavanda is a beautifully furnished and a well appointed farmhouse which offers outstanding views of the surrounding countryside from its commanding hillside position.
Just a few kilometres from the property is Todi, the famous medieval Umbrian city which sits majestically atop a hill. From the dining terrace and the elevated pool area there are wonderful, views of three regions of Italy,Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany.
The village of Grutti is within walking distance (500m) of the house. Here you will find all the essential amenities including the well known restaurant called Il Noci. The locals will travel considerable distances to be able to eat the regional specialties, all freshly prepared at Il Noci. The architecture in Todi is superb , dating back to the Etruscan, Roman and medieval periods. Restaurants and bars surround the famous, medieval piazza. Rome and Florence can be reached in about two hours.

Very tastefully decorated in a rustic-style with antique pieces the house is spacious and has a welcoming atmosphere. Surrounding the house are pretty gardens with olive and Cypress tress. At Villa Lavanda there are additional comforts such as a stereo system and a TV.
