Aimee  the tour manager was lovely, very helpful and approachable. We were most impressed with the upgrade to the Luxury Boutique hotel that Emma recommended. The organization was faultless and all the timings went to plan. The Upgraded seats were right at the front with the best view of the concert. The whole trip from start to finish was expertly organised.  "
