The villa has a total of 18 elegant, individually designed bedrooms and can accommodate 35 guests. Rooms have extra special refinements such as DVD, flat screen Satellite TV, Xbox, Playstation, Hi-Fi, and Internet.

The sunny swimming pool and poolside gazebo are stylishly furnished. Beautiful, manicured gardens encircle the villa and relaxing walks can be taken through the estate along any one of the many pathways. There is also a Jacuzzi tub for 8 people, BBQ, tennis court, sauna and a billiard room scattered around the property.
